Cromaris BIO meagre (Argyrosomus regius) is a first-class white fish with excellent nutritional properties. It is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, phosphorus, protein and vitamin D. It tastes most like Sea Bass. It has first-class white meat with a slightly more neutral taste, so it is especially recommended for children.
