Cromaris fish, health in your plate.

The value of fish as a healthy food is proved by multiple scientific research. It is also supported by the fact that the Mediterranean peoples whose diet is generally rich in fish, live healthier as a rule.

Cromaris fish is exceptionally rich in good omega-3 fatty acids which our body cannot synthesize itself and have to be taken from food. Those fatty acids are essential for a healthy life.

Apart from abounding in valuable omega-3 fatty acids, Cromaris fish is characterised by being easy to digest, which is an advantage in comparison to red meat. The fish also contain many other essential nutrients, such as minerals and vitamins, which makes them a complete food.

For those reasons, it is healthy to eat fish at least twice a week and especially when health is brought to our tables in such a tasty way!
